tenk10 Home Automation Alerts

tenk10 operates a private home automation alert program. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages about home automation events at the property, including gate and garage door state, irrigation faults, and sensor threshold alerts such as freeze, leak, or power-loss conditions. These are transactional alerts only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our sign-up page and checking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies with home automation activity. You will receive up to 30 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. tenk10 does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to every message you send or receive.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel your subscription and stop receiving SMS alerts. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again on the sign-up page.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
SMS alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and must not be relied on as a life-safety, security, or emergency notification system. Messages may be delayed, undelivered, or duplicated for reasons outside our control. tenk10 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from a delayed or undelivered alert.
Your phone number is used only to deliver the alerts described above and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
